Bloomingdales Full Figured Fashion Week

Full Figured Fashion Week has come to an end this year. At this year’s Bloomingdales exclusive runway presentation, contemporary designers took center stage. Ralph Lauren, Vince Camuto, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, etc. debuted their idea prediction for the next popular trend. Hosted by Sharon Quinn, “The Original Runway Diva”, and Gwen DeVoe, founder of Full Figured Fashion Week. A panel of judges, from the curvy community included: Stephy Allen, Corinne LaShay, and Meagan O’Connor, made commentary on the collections. The chant of the night was: “Love your body, embrace your shape, and SHOP!”.

International fashion bloggers from: Paris, Italy, and Puerto Rico were in attendance. The most popular looks among the audience were: A-line dresses, umpire waist dresses , patterns, and floral print. A word of advice from the panel of judges, “you don’t have to wear a trend, just because it’s a trend.” Here are some of the shows highlights:
